We realized as doctors we needed to be healthy to set good examples to our patients and the community.We came up with a weight management programme which helped us to be slim and energetic. It worked. Within five months we succesfully shed off the unwanted weight.This led us to the idea of sharing scientifically and medically proven ways of slimming down.On 18th May 2010, DR AISHAH SOLUTION SDN BHD (DAS) was established to provide solutions on smart eating, healthy cooking and active lifestyle.Together with Dr. Aishah's cooking skills, we set up DAS kitchen to demonstrate to peonple how to overcome obesity through healthy, innovative and creative dishes.
